Zeketra Grandy

Zeketra Grandy, EdD, serves as instructional faculty for Excelsior University in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her career experience and research areas of interest include student success and retention, first-year college success, career planning and management, first generation college students, and the holistic development of students. She has extensive experience in higher education as faculty and in student-centered roles, creating and enhancing programs and initiatives aimed at maximizing student retention and success. Additionally, she is currently an assistant professor at Colorado Technical University, where she teaches career planning and management. Currently, she is focused on using creative writing as another way to teach content and foster student success.
