About Matt Loeb
Matt Loeb is a purpose-driven, strategic and digitally savvy executive and board director with more than 30 years of global leadership experience. He is CEO and principal of Optimal Performance Seekers LLC, and previously served as CEO of ISACA, the Biomedical Engineering Society, and SECURE. He also concurrently held the positions of staff executive at IEEE and executive director of the IEEE Foundation. His breadth of professional experience spans strategy, technology, product development, global operations, marketing, and public affairs.
Loeb holds a patent for the cybersecurity industry’s first enterprise-wide assessment tool providing measurable assurance to boards and C-suites on an organization’s resilience to cyberattacks. He serves on a number of public, nonprofit, and advisory boards. He is certified as a board director (NACD.DC) and as an association executive (CAE). He is also a certified leadership and organizational performance coach by Rutgers University.
He is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives, a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a Research Fellow of the MIT Center for Information Systems Research.
