Oliver Queen

Oliver Queen, of Chantilly, Virginia, is an accomplished senior executive with more than 29 years of acquisitions, procurement, life cycle logistics, program/project management, operations, and global supply chain, sales, knowledge management, change management and executive training expertise in high-performing corporate and federal government agencies. He is a retired naval submarine officer who served more than 23 years on active duty onboard 6 submarines. He served as the treasurer of the Harvard University, Kennedy School Black Alumni Association and is serving a second term as a member of the Excelsior University Alumni Leadership Council. Queen serves as the Federal Advisory Committees and Engagement Team member for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Special Interest Group (SIG) and is an active member in the Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School Alumni Council, MIT Center for International Studies (CIS), the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Alumni Association, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). He earned an AA from Valdosta State University, a BS from Excelsior University (then College), a MA from The University of Oklahoma-Norman, a MA from the Naval War College, Joint Professional Military Education Certification (JPME Phase 1) from the Naval War College, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. Queen also completed four executive education programs from the University of Virginia, Darden Business School; Harvard University, Kennedy School; Syracuse University; and Liberty University. He also has several Acquisition and Program Management certifications. He is pursuing a doctorate in education from Liberty University.
