Women’s History Month Celebration: A Conversation with Excelsior Leaders on Leadership and Advancing Change

March 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Excelsior's Women's History Month panel discussion webinar.

Women leaders from Excelsior University will discuss inclusion and equity, mentorship and advocacy, and leadership style, and how to have the difficult conversation to advance change. This year’s Women’s History Month theme, “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion,” recognizes women who understand the need to eliminate bias and discrimination from individuals’ lives and institutions. It also recognizes women who speak up and are leading change in their fields. The panel members represent the richness of diversity, thought leadership, and empowerment that helps lead and drive the work of management and change at Excelsior University.

The panel discussion is presented by Excelsior’s Center for Social Justice and the Women’s Rope team. Excelsior leaders participating in the discussion include:

  • Tracy Caldwell, Associate Dean, Liberal Arts, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Excelsior University
  • Erin Coufal, Chief Communications Officer, Excelsior University
  • Robin Goodrich, Executive Dean, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Excelsior University
  • Jamie Hicks-Furgang, Assistant Vice President, Development and Alumni Engagement
  • Elizabeth Ireland, Director Academic Advisement, Excelsior University
