Join the Center for Social Justice and the Office of Alumni Engagement on Thursday, October 5, at 6:30 p.m. ET for part two of Assess Your Approach to Interactions, a webinar in our professional development series about justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).

In Assess Your Approach to Interactions and Work (Part 2), we will explore how we can listen more intentionally and how we can engage with others in a way that leverages our collective insight and intelligence when working together. For this purpose, we will introduce Casmir’s Third Culture Development strategy and Intergroup Dialogue Project’s LARA method for our facilitation of inclusive communication and collaboration. We will continue working on ways in which we can challenge our mindset and explore an individual approach to personal and professional interactions based on foundational JEDI models and strategies.
