Have all official transcripts, proficiency tests, and other documents sent directly to Excelsior from your previous college or university, a testing agency, or an education office. Have them sent to:

  • Your Army TA number will use the following naming convention: ARxxxx (where xxxx is the last 4 digits of your social)

*TA number requirements:

    • In order to use the TA number, your Social Security number must be included on your student record.
    • The TA number may only be used for one course term at a time. It may be used for multiple courses in a single term.
    • The TA number will be valid beginning with the start date of course registration for a specific term.
    • The TA number will not be valid during the term’s late course registration period.
    • It is recommended that students request and receive official course approval from their Excelsior University academic advisor to ensure the course you attempt to register for applies to your degree program.
