Students who hold SHRM credentials can request a transcript via Credly by following the steps in the attached PDF. Transcripts should be sent to itcertifications@excelsior.edu and students must include one of the following forms of information in their custom message for proper verification:
- Excelsior student ID number
- Date of birth
- Current address
